Born from a collaboration with students from the Industrial Design Degree Course at La Sapienza University in Rome, Giai is the armchair that celebrates the beauty and strength of women, drawing inspiration from the “crocchie”, the braids with which Matera women living in the Sassi collected their hair. Characterised by its elegant tail base reminiscent of the train of an evening dress, this armchair is available in fixed, swivel, and with storage seat versions.
